Asmadi Games resurrects a title “nearly lost to the ravages of time”
According to their Facebook page, the company will finally publish Invasion of the Garden Gnomes.  The Reiner Knizia design was almost lost to history when original holder Cambridge Games Factory went under in 2011.

Renegade Game Studios expands their companion app
The app, which debuted last year in association with Dire Wolf Digital for the studio’s game FUSE, now includes material to enhance Clank! A Deck-Building Adventure. It will feature new mini-quests and a solo mode.

Hasbro Game Sales Rise in 2016
I’m sure none of you are surprised at all by that. To be exact, the company’s net earnings improved 22% to $551.4 million. Hasbro subsidiary Wizards of the Coast continues to be a boon whose sales also climbed in 2016.

PayPal freezing Portal Game’s accounts in midst of First Martians Kickstarter
On a totally different business note.  It has to do with pre-order sales needing to be delivered within 20 days, per their terms of service. A similar situation happened with Leder Games several months ago. Something for companies to be aware of when running Kickstarter campaigns.
