Arboretum
A new edition of the classic Arboretum will be released by Renegade Game Studios. According to their website, Arboretum will be available this autumn and will feature new illustrations by Beth Sobel. “With the original rules system intact, this latest edition of the game will don a similar style of art but with a few changes to types of trees. These modifications will ensure that all the symbols and colors are distinct and color-blind friendly.”

Save the Rebellion
The Saw’s Renegades Expansion for the X-Wing Miniatures universe can now be pre-ordered. According to the Fantasy Flight Games website, the expansion features “both a U-wing miniature and a T-65 X-wing miniature sporting the distinct black-and-white paint scheme of Saw and his Partisans [and]offers an assortment of ship and upgrade cards that take both ships in exciting new directions.”

Carcassonne Expands
Dice Tower News reports that another Carcassonne expansion is now available for pre-order from Z-Man Games. This expansion “adds bridges, castles and bazaars, providing players with creative solutions to earn more points. Many players know the frustration of broken roadways and roads to nowhere. [The expansion] provides players wooden bridge tokens to connect broken roadways and around obstacles.”

Monsters & Minions Invade Roll Player
The first expansion to Roll Player, Monsters & Minions, is due this June. According to the ACD Distribution blog, “not only do players compete to construct the greatest fantasy characters, they must also gather information about the monstrous threat looming, and prepare for a final showdown against the beast. This expansion adds a 5th player, a combat system, and many more options.”

Kingdom of Kingdomino Grows
Also from the ACD Distribution blog comes news of a Kingdomino expansion from Blue Orange Games. Kingdomino: Age of Giants plays in 15-20 minutes and “allow you to score more victory points in many different ways. This expansion also includes a tile dispenser tower as well as a castle and king for a fifth player.”

Also from BGG is a designer diary on Decrypto by Thomas Dagenais-Lesperance. “The final structure of the game suddenly materialized in my head as I walked on Jean-Talon Street, coming back from work, and an hour later the first prototype of the game was ready, the rules written. The game has changed relatively little since then.”
