IDW has announced they will release Roar! King of the Pride in March 2018. From the designer of Sagrada, the worker placement design is about players managing their pride of jungle beasts to control territory in Africa.

Titans of gaming
The next two releases in Calliope Games’ Titans Series will hit next month. Shutterbug, from Mike Elliot, is a clue and deduction game tasking players with capturing mysterious creatures…on film.  Capital City, from James Ernest, puts players in the role of building up an Old West town by bidding for workers and assigning them to purchased buildings for money and points.

The Serious Play Conference is now seeking submissions for the International Serious Games award to recognize outstanding tabletop and digital titles used for learning or training. Submissions are due by January 15.
