Cross it again

Make it rain
Pleasant Company Games releases Konja December 1. The press your luck dice and card game is about wizard shamans summoning storm clouds for the Old King.

Vabanque, from Bruno Faidutti and Leo Colovini and first published by Winning Moves in 2001 is being jazzed up and reprinted by Japanese publisher New Games Order.

Slap a cat
In January Steve Jackson Games will release the silly, fast-paced Super Kitty Bug Slap. Yeah, you read that right. You’ll need some great paw-eye coordination for this one!

Reinvent yourself
Odd Bird Games will release their freshman design next month, Feudum, along with two expansions (Windmills & Catapults and Seals & Sirens). The nuanced heavy game with unique artwork includes hand management, resource management, area control and variable powers.

Be spooky
It may be a week after Halloween, but Trollish Delver just released a unique, story-telling solo RPG. English Eerie, based on old English folklore and horror tales, requires only some pen and paper, dice, a set of tokens in two colors and a deck of cards – and maybe some candlelight…
