Rumor has it that a certain little independent film premieres next week. I wonder if it’ll make any money and I hope I’ll be able to find a showing near me. Until then, here’s what’s been happening in the cardboard community.

More Ashes
The first expansion decks to Ashes: Rise of the Phoenixborn have been announced and scheduled for release in April 2016.

Face Off
Thanks to a viral video, the hottest game of the holiday season is from 1964. Soupy Sales would be proud.

Hotter than an Inferno
Nearly 10,000 people backed the Arcadia Quest: Inferno Kickstarter, raising $1.7 million. The standalone expansion to last year’s Arcadia Quest will feature lots of goodies for backers.

Garlic Not Necessary
One Night Ultimate Vampire will be available next month, presumably when it’s dark out.
