How was your latest game night? Mine went well as I was able to play two of my recent favorites, Blood Rage and Roll for the Galaxy (remember this?), so I was a happy gamer. And I’ll remain happy as long as I don’t discuss my results in said games and move on to the news.

Via Nebula
Asmodee’s Via Nebula, a fantasy game of exploring, collecting, and building, will arrive at U.S. retailers during the second quarter of this year.

New Miniatures
WizKids will release a new set of over 150 unpainted miniatures later this year.

Wasteland Express Delivery Service
Announced at last week’s GAMA trade show: Wasteland Express Delivery Service, a game where you “Take on the role of drivers inhabiting a post-apocalyptic wasteland riddled with outrageous, unhinged and otherworldly characters set on unleashing mayhem at every turn.”

Next Wave
All six Wave VIII expansions for the Star Wars: X-Wing Miniatures Game are now available.

Tanks A Lot
Out this April: Tanks, an “easy-to-learn, quick-play, small-scale game, where you take command of a tank platoon, seeking to destroy your opponent’s tanks and secure victory.” First up is the Panther vs. Sherman starter set.

A new edition of Hoax, which was created with the help of its original designers, is now available. This version has a “contemporary setting with more characters and each role fine-tuned with specific immunities and powerful privileges.”

Crazy Carts
Crazy Carts is a “fast-paced racing game for teams of two in which each player controls specific actions of their kart, but they cannot communicate with their teammate.” It will make its debut in June at Origins.

CMON Expo Update
The latest CMON Expo update includes the announcement of guest Jeff Yu, artist of Xenoshyft, Rum and Bones, Arcadia Quest, and more.

Go Interest
After last week’s historic Go victory by supercomputer AlphaGo, interest in the ancient game has piqued in China.

An overview of how games like Pandemic Legacy and T.I.M.E. Stories are using a narrative structure as part of their mechanics.
