Two Player Destiny
On Force Friday Fantasy Flight Games released Star Wars: Destiny Two-Player Game, which “features two twenty-three card decks, rules, and all the resource, shield, and damage tokens needed for a game of Star Wars: Destiny [and]… features a mix of previously released Destiny cards and brand new characters, upgrades, supports, battlefields, and events. These brand new cards include events and characters inspired by Star Wars: The Last Jedi.”

Virtual Catan
Asmodee Digital and Experiment 7 announced Catan VR, a virtual reality of the classic board game. According to the press release, “Whether taking on other players around the world, or playing against Catan personalities, players can watch the island come to life in VR for the first time, with beautiful in-game environments and cross-play functionality.”

Altiplano
Dice Tower News reports that Altiplano, a new bag builder game from Orleans designer Reiner Stockhausen, will be released at Essen this October. “Altiplano promises to be a complex strategic game taking place in the Altiplano plains of South America. 2-5 players work to collect and organize goods, some of which are not immediately available or usable to each player, since players start with unique resources and roles.”

More Vikings
Renegade Game Studios will be releasing the entire series of Viking games from Garphill Games. According to ICv2.com, the four titles (Shipwrights of the North Sea, Explorers of the North Sea, The North Sea Runesaga, and the previously announced Raiders of the North Sea) will be available by the end of this year.
